Википедия: Разработка дизайна интерьера начинается с составления дизайн-проекта — комплекта документов, описывающих функциональные и дизайнерские решения, в них содержатся чертежи помещения и описания всех деталей будущего интерьера, включая отделочные материалы и расположение коммуникаций. В проекте присутствует техническое задание, в котором описаны все требования и пожелания заказчика. Сначала производятся обмеры помещения, после чего разрабатываются примерные планировочные решения и эскизы. На этом этапе дизайнер предлагает заказчику несколько вариантов планировки с распределением основных функциональных зон и расстановкой мебели. Так как 3D-моделирование — трудозатратный процесс, на этапе примерного планирования подробные трёхмерные модели разрабатываются только после согласования с заказчиком. После утверждения размещения зон разрабатываются проектировочные чертежи и планируется расположение электроприборов (освещение, электрический обогрев и прочее); в случае необходимости выполняются чертежи изменений в планировке; план потолков и напольных покрытий, размещения сантехнического оборудования,ведомости, содержащие сведения об отделке и заказываемых материалах и предметах мебели и декоре. Author supervision, or why does the purchase of finished project not guarantee the result?
What is the mystical thing – author supervision? And why should it be paid for? These questions are asked practically by anyone who starts the construction ... for the first time. And the more constructions there are in his life, the less this question emerges. Let us to begin with deduction of the thesis of main objective of the AS process Let us begin from the very beginning – to have a project its is of course the most important thing. Then it follows – this project should be known completely by anyone, and then – to be kept in his mind. And the most important thing to see when the deviations begin and in proper time to "raise the alarm" as it can be said. That is all. So few and so much. The process lasts for the entire time of the construction (and it used to be years), the process develops with required frequency and intensity (and it is from one time a month to one time a day and more), the process implies the communication with all participants of the construction (and it is both customers, and managers, and workers, and salesmen of the shops). That is, three sentences can describe this individual, very extended in the time process which as a rule is fulfilled by the architect himself (as he knows the project better than everybody). Sometimes, this difficult fate falls to the customer (if, for instance, the AS is not paid), and it means that the customer should to be occupied with the construction instead of being occupied with his affairs (on day-and-night basis – there are few people who understand that the telephone calls are received practically 24 hours), and the main thing – it is necessary to study thoroughly the project and to know where the difficulties can appear (that a few people can do). And if the customer is not able or does not wish (due to his being busy) to undertake this "business", the AS can be undertaken by no one more ... At the construction no one needs an unwanted liability. And even if at the beginning of the construction You are assured (by foremen or anybody of the builders) that they say they will regulate everything and look after everything ... – DO NOT BELIEVE. There will be a middle of construction and a reasonable question: "why is it here so, and not like in the project?" You will hear a sort of: "We have done in such way as You can see, and that is do. You saw everything in the process and You liked all". And it can be a matter of many times enough (and the fact that You are not up on the process and do not understand what happens – it does not worry anybody). Then the finish of the construction will be and You will ask reasonably: "why is it otherwise at all", and they will reasonably answer to You: "We have decided in such manner, and You had no objections" ... (and the fact that at the moment of decision taking You were not in city is not taken into consideration as well)... And You reasonably state: "what is disliked by You in such way, You have paid money for the project, and there is a zero result!", and You will be answered reasonably: "if You wanted to have everything as in the drawings, You had to order AS! And we are doing as we can." That is the way it is, upon the accomplishment of the entire construction You can get to know why the AS is needed. But to spare the funds and the time, and the main thing, nerves – consider this question at the beginning of the construction.
